Caribbean Coast

The Yucatan Peninsula is blessed with fabulous beaches, stunning coral reefs, and beautiful bodies of water. The famous turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean grace our east coast from Isla Mujeres to Xcalak. This coast offers miles of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

We specialize in Costa Maya beach property in the southern part of the State of Quintana Roo. Beginning from the Southern half of the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve and continuing south to Mexico’s border with Belize, Costa Maya, Bacalar and the Bay of Chetumal represent the last undeveloped paradise on the Yucatan Peninsula and the Mexican Caribbean.

The Mexican government is committed to enhancing the economy and encouraging environmentally friendly development in Costa Maya. A newly rebuilt cruise ship pier in Majahual, hundreds of kilometers of new highways, electrical facilities, municipal water, telephone, internet and cellular communications. The Mexican government has invested millions of dollars into the Costa Maya infrastructure.

Lake Bacalar is the largest and most beautiful fresh water lake in Southern Mexico. Largely unknown, this spectacular and beautiful lake is conveniently located between Majahual and Chetumal (the capitol of Quintana Roo). Also known as “ The Lake of Seven Colors”, you would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful place anywhere in the tropics. Surrounded by lush jungle and high stands of hard-wood trees (Mahogany and Iron-wood), the area is yet full of wild life, tropical birds and unblemished beauty.

The Bay of Chetumal is frequently over-looked by the foreign investor and tourist. The bay has miles of malecon (beach walks), parks and recreation areas. Check out Calderitas – a fun restaurant and bar zone. Don’t miss driving into the “tax free” zone between Mexico and Belize for great shopping, Casino’s and fun!
